At NeoYoon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we offer straightforward returns — you can cancel your order
1. Cancellation Period
You have 14 days from the date you receive your products to cancel your order.
2. How to Cancel
To initiate a return, simply notify us by email at:

Once we receive your request, you’ll get a confirmation email with step‑by‑step instructions on how and where to send the item(s) back.
3. Refund Amount
We refund you through the same payment method you used for the order. The refund covers the full product price.
Please note: Delivery costs (both the original outbound shipping and the return shipping) are deducted from the refund according to the rates below.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs vary by country/region. The following amounts will be deducted from your refund:
- USA: $10
- Canada: $12
- UK: £7
- Germany: €7
- France & rest of Europe: €9
- Spain: €8
- Japan: ¥1330
- Australia: $15
- Anywhere else in the world not listed: €11
5. Inspection & Refund Timing
We may delay your refund until we have received and inspected the returned product. Once the item is confirmed to be in its original condition, we will process the refund promptly. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
6. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
7. Non‑returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged. This includes (but is not limited to) gift cards, and personalized items.
8. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at hi@neoyoon.com. We will arrange a solution — including covering return shipping costs — and issue a full refund or replacement as appropriate.
